Can anyone recommend an ATX MB for use in a rackmount server?

To minimize daughterboards I'd like the Video and NIC on the MB.

Ideally I'd like Sound and a Modem on the MB too...

My preference is AMD, Celeron or PII if possible.

Naturally it must have Linux support.
