Hmm, perhaps I should give as much info as I know. The system was
originally running RedHat (5.2 I think) in which cron worked fine and
never had any problems. The system has been upgraded to Mandrake (Not
sure which version) and that is when this started happening. Root can use
it fine, but any other user gets that error message. Any more ideas?

that doesn't work either, like i said... i get that "seteuid: Operation
not
permitted" error. its like linux doesn't like me executing crontab,
hehe.
