Subject: [ale] mysql - mysql won't 'configure'
Ultimately, I'm trying to get apache/php/mysql working. I've successfully
downloaded/configed/installed apache,php,and perl. Works great! I'm now
trying
to add the mysql support. I downloaded the latest mysql source and when I
run
the configure command, it blows up on the line that says "see if c++
compiler
works". It says "C++ compiler cannot create executables." What does that
mean?
I've been compiling everything else just fine.
