I'd second the htdig suggestion unless your site is very large (we're

starting to find out that it doesn't scale well when it's indexing 80,000

URLs on one box ;-).

For a non-comprehensive list of lots of free ones, check out

http://www.debian.org/search>.  Their criteria are not necessarily the same

as yours, so they no doubt reject some you might find useful (and vice

versa, plus they don't list free, but not Debian's definition of free, ones

at all) but it's a good list to start from....
