Duh. I guess I kept looking on the "Select a filter" page and not on
the configuration page.
Okay, it sort of works. I get a really stupid ascii header page, but
it prints _after_ the print job. so I have some follow up questions:
1. Anyone know how to get the header to print before the print job?
2. Where does the header come from, anyway? I've configured the same
printer twice, once to use a header and once not to. Other than
one printer being lpand the other being lp1, I can't see any
difference between the setups. Their printcap entries are
identical and I diffed the two printer directories in
/var/spool/lpd/ and found no differences. So where is lpr getting
its configuration data?
Or have I missed the obvious, again?
