Hi Michael,
In theory, using printtool, unselect the "suppress headers" button for each
individual printer. ( should be background colored to print headers, not red).
However, printing to an HP laserjet 4/5/6 does not handle ascii well, which is
what the header uses. So my output stinks. I use enscript to dump ascii to the
printer so I have never tweaked it beyond this point.
