A year or so ago SCO offered a reward of 10000$ for anyone in open source to
reverse engineer RDP. I don't think anyone took them up on it.
When we put in terminal servers I wrastled with the RDP vs ICA for a little
while but RDP doesn't work as well on a WAN and we needed load ballancing which
we couldn't do with the standard TSE. Unless TSE has changed its limited
without Metaframe.
