Based on my recent experiences with Mandrake 7, I wouldn't recommend it
to anyone right now. Apparently, there are some nasty bugs in the disk
partitioning package. One noted on the Mandrake site about problems
with resizing a fat partition. I personally experienced it creating two
partitions that overlapped as well as it shuffling partitions around
after I deleted one.
I've not had the opportunity to use the updated version of diskdrake,
but plan to play with it a bit to see if the problems I've encountered
have been fixed.

I'm afraid there will be more problems with W2K than there were with
Y2K...
