I use Sprint PCS and love it. No problems at all now (I started with them 4 months ago) and the few times I have called in to Tech Support, they have been both helpful and clueful.
Sounds to me like perhaps you may have a defective phone. Have you dropped by one of their retail stores to talk with a Sprint PCS person in person?
