I DON'T want my ISP (@HOME) to filter any of my traffic, I want a full

wide-open connection.  I feel that if you want/need the requirements of

a 24/7 connection, then the user should be responsible for providing

their own security.  When you buy a car from Ford, they don't give you

insurance in case of an accident, you have to go and get that on your

own.  

As far as the class action, that is what is wrong with people today,

they screw up and want to blame somebody else and profit from it!!
