I don't know where your RP7 placed them, but I've got two Real files in
/usr/local/netscape/plugins :
raclass.zip
rpnp.s
Try "hiding" these by moving them to a temporary locale, then restart
Netscape. You may see a few error messages, but I'm thinking you'll at least
be able to browse. Oh, and also check the start/home page. It may be trying
to load in audio content automatically.
If that winds up being the problem, it's your "bounden duty" to report it to
Real Networks, since it is, after all, a beta. :)
