Hrm... This might help, even though it's for a different Ethernet NIC... I
know that when using the Linksys 10/100 (DEC Tulip/PNIC Lite-On) you had to
use the tulip-diag program and reset the NIC...
IE:
tulip-diag -r
This way it reset the auto-negociation to it's proper 100 MB
bandwidth. Maybe your card needs the same little "kick"?
