Yeah, the subject line. I am having problems. Somthing about "eclid.o no found".

A /src/util/eclid.c and eclid.h exist so I assume it must be created

from these somewhere along the way.

The system is a RH6.1.

For the record, I did manage to get John the Ripper to work (and rather nicely)

but would like to try Crack to see if it cleans up better.

Any suggestions?
