the people writing freetype decided to move their header file. it's
freetype/freetype.h now. you can either hand-hack all the files or wait for
0.16.4 which is coming out very soon, or update E from CVS. I fixed this ages
ago in CVS but we just haven't released a new version yet. I would have
released it last week but my mom flew out to visit me from atlanta, so she
took priority over you people *grin*
