(Steve DuChene suggested I post this here. I'm not a graphics
person, just trying to help)
NOVALUG is helping to host a Linux Pavillion at the FOSE show iN
Washington DC later this month. FOSE is a major computer show to the
Federal Government; AFAIK this is the first time the FOSE organizers have
had a designated Linux space at this show. A little more info is at
http://novalug.tux.org/
We have a great location, so we're getting a banner made. Therein lies the
problem - we need a better-quality "Tux" image than what seems to be
available on the traditional web sites and ftp areas.
Here's what I've been told we need to provide the shop doing the banner:
12" high image or larger @ 300dpi
encapsulated postscript or vector
color
If anyone knows of such a beast we can use (or ALE has solved this problem
for ALS) please let me know asap.
Thanks in advance!
Steve
