Has anyone here seen SCO's Tarantella product? First impressions make it
look like a collection of java applets that reside on a SCO server and is
served to client machines. It gives the users the impression that they are
connecting to all their other servers through one SCO box that 'brings it
all together'. How much are they charging for this stuff? $1500? $1000?
There are allready ICA, Telnet, SSH, and RDP applets that can be used to
mimic this costly setup. It could be called something spider like. And
better yet could be Opensource and free. If anyone else has seen this
software call Tarantella please tell me if I'm thinking on the right track.
Thanks,
Chris Fowler
