Oracle is still free for development only... They do have a new

pricing scheme now in which you can either pay per user login or by

power unit for unlimited... The Power Unit is based on the processor

you are running it on and what speed (eg - Server is a 500Mhz Pentium III

you would pay $100 (Intel chip) times 500 (power units) or $500,000 for

unlimited logins)... So Oracle isn't the choice to go if you're under

a budget or have no budget...
