I can't speak for my whole company, because it's too large, but of the
last two organizations I've been in, no one really used any of these
utilities besides email. The problem is, if EVERYONE in a particular
organization doesn't, then it doesn't work. Also, as far as I know, you
would have to have all Wintel desktops to enable all these features. I
don't know of anyway to do 'scheduling' from a Unix desktop to
Exchange. That may not be an issue.

Funny you should mention it. I'v found that most executives are the
ones least likely to embrace change of any kind. At this point, most of
them have a palm or some other similar piece of hardware. I know, you
sync it with schedule (which, based on my previous experiences rarely
works properly). Many execs these days can't let go of their $100+
leather timekeepers...
