Hi,
It's true that kernel.org has linux/drivers/usb/* driver
source files. Most other Linux-USB development info is
at www.linux-usb.org.
We (the Linux-USB project) don't yet have a software
USB sniffer, although there are reports of people
working on them. If that's something that you would
like to and can provide, that would be very useful.
