[My mailing of this yesterday didn't seem to go through; my apologies it did.]
On Sunday, May 14 Kurt Seifried creater of the excellent free
Linux Administrators Security Guide (LASG) will be giving a one-day seminar
on "Securing your Linux system step-by-step". The cost of the seminar
is $350. I am not associated with Kurt or viplink.
(I'm not sure if one also has to pay the $1195 conference fee in addition
to the $350 but I suspect so; I've sent email to the host asking about this
so interested folks can email me and I'll forward the answer.)
For more information about the seminar see

For Kurt's free LASG see

Kurt also tells me that he is available for a get together if there is
brew & chow. His schedule is tight but Saturday, May 20th is best for him.
Anyone interested?
