It's prestige cable in the South Forsyth area.  I have a coworker that

uses them, he says that they are "Not bad, but slated to be snapped up

by MediaOne."  

Honestly I think I had my answer before posting.  I just thought maybe

it was me and I got them on a bad day.  Think of the lost revenue.
