This obviously is geographically based.  I have Media(N)one for cable

and I've attempted to call them 3 separate occasions to get info on when

there internet service might be available in my area.  First hold time

was 22 minutes and I hung up.  Second was 37 minutes and I hung up.  The

third was 43 minutes and I hung up.  I figure if they can't answer the

phone, I'm sure not going to get reasonable customer service once I

purchase their service.
