Wow - you've been completely indoctrinated. Congratulations. Please
consider the logical consequences of your statement, "There is an
executive level team that does NOTHING but address PSC complaints".
Now - is that handle like "hop to and do anything to fix this
customer's problem" or handle like "crush that bug"? I wonder. Also,
do you think the cost of this "team" has helped to reduce our phone
rates or increase them? Please note that in spite of the costs of
"handling" the PSC, phone rates for all services has been dropping all
over the country and many states don't have such commissions. However,
phone costs to many customers continue to go up thanx to new
government tariffs imposed by organizations that don't even have
Constitutional authority to tax or raise revenue.
The market determines capabilities and rates. Government intervention
just introduces anomalies that end up costing us all a lot more in the
end. Anyone who believes otherwise should please apply for VISA's to
any socialist country of their choice. I recommend the Peoples
Republic of China and Cuba presently.
