I did the netscape thing but not sure what the results mean. Here's the

I just tried it again and it worked for me (as long as I had root perms)
Try testing it in Netscape via:
http://www.gpsclock.com/check2.shtml?server=130.126.24.44&submit=Go
Do you have a firewall or proxy which is denying your connection?
