Boot to DOS from a floppy (if you have this resource available) and type
FDISK /MBR
at the first command prompt, then reboot the machine with the NT floppy in
the drive to start the installation.
**HOWEVER**
If you are not actually unistatlling Linux (i.e. you have room for NT)
then you might want to instead configure LILO to be able to boot that
other partition. When NT goes to boot the server each of the way too many
times NT will boot the server, you simply specify the NT partition to
boot, and the NT installation will otherwise proceed normally.
..that way, you will not have to reinstall Linux as well.
