I have a friend in Tampa on RoadRunner.  He got his a year ago.  At first

he had 8 to 10 megabit

downloads.  Now he tells me it goes down to 400k after supper sometimes,

and that 250 people

can share one line.  XDSL may be the way to go, because I think it's speed

it line quality

dependent, not how many subscribers are on line.
