Have you looked at the new version of SSH for Windows which is
available from SSH? Tatu just announced the Beta release on several
mailing lists over the last two days. I haven't had a chance to look
at it, myself, but claims are that it's significantly improved. One
of the new features is integrated file transfer capability.
Tatu has also stated emphatically that F-Secure is NOT licensed
to distribute this new version. I would check out the ssh web site.
Attached below are both of Tatu's announcements, the initial announcement
and a follow up posting after some problems were fixed.
He's also promising a revised License. Hopefully, this will be
better than the revision for 2.0, but we shall see. It's a version 2
protocol client, so you need a version 2 server for it to talk to.

Hello everyone,
The "official" SSH Secure Shell 2.1 Windows client is now available as
a beta version. It has fully integrated file transfer functionality
(really cool!), a nice "New Window" feature which will open several
terminal windows without having to re-authenticate (much like opening
a new xterm :-), public key authentication, X11 forwarding, port
forwarding, and the rest of the usual stuff.
Integrated file transfer functionality is very useful in web server
maintanence, moving files between Unix and Windows machines, accessing
corporate files and e-mails over the Internet, etc. Basically, it
shows a normal tree view of the server, rooted on either your home
directory or the root directory, and files can be copied, deleted,
moved, etc. using drag-and-drop, cut-and-paste, etc.

Below are the main changes from the Feb 22 version:
- At least four people were experiencing system icons disappearing
on Windows 98 after exiting from file transfers. This was due to
icon lists not being freed properly. This has been fixed.
- The key generation wizard for public key authentication is now
included. Go to Settings/User Keys.
- Fixed a crash related to entering a hidden directory when hidden
files were not being displayed
- Fixed a crash related to having multiple keys for public-key
authentication and entering a wrong passphrase several times
- Some smaller fixes/changes.
