Charter Communications "upgraded" the Roswell area 14 days ago.
Since then my cable modem connection is down (Or when up 99% package loss to
gateway).
I called their support almost daily but can not even get an estimate on the
time they will need to restore the service.
I also had several other service interruptions.
Bellsouth is currently laying down fiber through my neighborhood.
As soon as I can get DSL I will switch to Concentric or some other DSL
provider.

PS: The principal owner of Charter Communication is a co-founder of Microsoft
