I called Speakeasy to get pricing and it seemed a little steep for $89.99.
But I did get 4 static IP's. Are there any cheaper service providers for
that type of service?

Uh, I'd be very careful here....this could be considered running a server
and you could be in violation of an AUP and loose service or have your
service severly restricted.
