I'll recommend my IPP, DigitalSpace ( http://digitalspace.net/ ). They have

mysql and php, among other things Linux. I don't know if they have a reseller

program, but they definitely have colo services. I paid $24 for a year's

worth of web hosting (5 MB disk space and 1.5 BG traffic/mo.), which includes

multiple POP accounts and a shell account. The domain registration fee is

extra, of course. If you tell 'em ">fultongr@fultongreen.com sent you, I'll be

able to buy a couple of chalupas. Literally. ($2 commission.)
