There is a very well written book called 'Linux Firewalls' geared toward the home LAN and small business. It was just published by New Riders press. Look for a purple spine.

>I am new to Linux, I have started out with a little
partition of RH to play around with. Now, here at
school, my housemates and I have been running a
network for a while, and now we need a server to
handle the ADSL line, so we can all share the internet
connection. Being a newbie, I have no clue how to
start making the RH server. I have done it with NT
server (which I thought was easier) but don't what to
spend the money. Anybody know where I can find a
guide to making a server or could someone give me the
basics? Any suggestions?
