If you are indeed looking for co-location space in Atlanta, we did some

business with Netrail (www.netrail.net) and they seemed like really decent

folks (too bad the 20 story cat5 run we needed to the roof was bad and we

couldn't use our wireless equipment).  They've got a fairly decent DS3

backbone nationwide, and their main office is in downtown Atlanta.
