First you have to program the modem to report the modem-to-MODEM baudrate
rather than the modem-to-COMPUTER baudrate.
Then you have to include the appropriate 'expect' string in your chat
script, i.e. "CONNECT\s\a" ("CONNECT" followed by space followed by
baudrate), so that chat can return the baudrate from the CONNECT line.
