That would be me that created century.c and posted download instructions.
I now have enhanced it so that rather than changing bad dates to 1900,
dates of 1900-1920 and 19100-19120 are wrapped to 2000-2020. To download:
ftp ftp.mindspring.com (as anonymous)
cd users.cavu
get century.c
get century
