I have two problems.  First when i try to run configure scripts i get the

error Cannot guess configuration you must specify or something like that. So

I then add i386-*-linux and it likes that but then it says it cannot compile

a gcc program.  This is a normal redhat 6.1 install with all the development

libraries and stuff on it.  Why would I not be able to compile? I had no

problems with Eterm compiling and a few other things.  How do I fix this?
