Windows 2000 is the next version of NT so you should be able to tell
where to install it. However Win9x is DOS based and therefore must
reside on the first partition of the master drive on the primary
channel. Linux also will let you say where to install. So you must
have WIn9x installed first, then have other partitions, or drives if
possible, for the other OSs'.
I have not tried an Win2K Win98 dual, I can try today, should not take
too terible long. I will see about integrating all 3 on 1 drive.
The OS last installed should have the boot loader, I prefer lilo.
