Chris,
Card and socket services attempted to locate an upper memory address to be
used with your 3com card. It searched 0xd0000 - 0xfffff and could not locate
a window large enough to support the memory I/O for your card.
Do you have adapter cards installed that have a ROM BIOS installed and
enabled? Maybe a SCSI adapter with an enabled BIOS? It appears that
something may be using this area.
