We just turned my partner's Winbook XL into a dual-boot running Mandrake
6.1. We did need to get an XF86Config file from Linux on Laptops
(http://www.cs.utexas.edu/users/kharker/linux-laptop/), and disk space
is pretty tight. Nonetheless, it's now functioning happily (staroffice
and all).
