Chris,
Looks like a cabling problem. Make sure you are
using a straight-through (not null-modem) serial
cable that has the modem control lines wired
(RTS,CTS,DTR,DSR). If that doesn't work, try adding
a null-modem adapter. (You -are- using the right
serial port.)
