Do you want to dual boot or actual emulate?
There is the WINE project (Wine Is NOT an Emulator http://www.wine.org )
and VMware (Virtual Machine) which will let you do these. Your best
option is VMware, however you need LOTS of RAM 128+ more than likely. I
haven't messed with it in a while. You can also boot Win98 and have
VMware and load linux that way. Dosemu will not work for what you
want. Dosemu is for running dos programs.
Wine is for running Windows programs not the actual OS.
