I have an old 486 server running Slack 7. It runs just fine, except that it
doesn't seem to handle the date/time properly when it boots. I checked the
bios, no problem, it rolled over just fine to 01/01/2000. When I booted up
tho, it showed the correct time, but the wrong date. (1994). I can issue a
date command and set the proper date/time and it holds it fine until the next
reboot. I played around with hwclock, but no luck. What have I missed?
