We've checked into it. We're not a relay, but contacting ORBS about it
is pointless, since they won't take us off the list. Besides, the new
ALE server will go online next week, and it'll have a new IP address.
Dealing with the ORBS admins is a complete waste of time- they've
demonstrated time and again that they don't properly verify relay
reports, they often don't remove people from the list who shouldn't
have been on there in the first place, and they place non-relaying
systems on their list out of spite towards someone they don't like.
