[ale] resizing Windoze bitlocker

With Bitlocker, you need to unlock the drive. That is why Phil says it
works within Windows is why, when you boot up into Windows, it locks the
drive. I would recommend, unlock it, remove bitlocker off the drive and
then shrink you drive.
