<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:6.0pt"><span style="color:black">• Understanding of Change Management Life Cycle Principles</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:6.0pt"><span style="color:black">• System Support and Trouble Analysis skills (root cause analysis, alarm management platforms, troubleshooting, etc)</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:6.0pt"><span style="color:black">• Experience supporting enterprise customers</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:6.0pt"><span style="color:black">• Ability to prioritize issues work incidents concurrently</span></p>
