tasks for our business organizations. This position provides service support during events/incidents in the Operations Command Center (OCC) and is responsible for daily incident response, service and operational issues pertaining to applications and associated
infrastructure within a portfolio of approximately 170 business applications. The position will assist in recovery actions on emergency bridges, as well as ensure that all service level agreements (SLA) towards the customers are met.</span></p>
