<br><br><br>Primary roles and responsibilities:<br><br>1.) Individual will be self motivating and show self initiative.<br><br>2.) Individual will require minimal managerial oversight and can work independently.<br><br>3.) Implement requirements as defined by the business quickly in a collaborative fashion, with a high degree of quality and with minimal managerial guidance.<br>
<br>4.) Participate in the complete agile development process including planning, design/architecture and demo sessions.<br><br>5.) Evaluate new technologies and techniques for incorporation into Vocalocity’s products and processes.<br>
<br>6.) Research, review and repair legacy code.<br><br>7.) Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports.<br><br>8.) Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customers and staff.<br>
<br>9.) Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems.<br><br>10.) Tests code to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and that code results are accurate.<br><br><br><br>Skills Proficiency<br>
