<P><FONT face=Arial>The SW Quality Engineering Manager will have a significant
impact on the lifecycle and overall quality of (Storage) product line. This
position requires significant experience with enterprise level Storage software
and managing a team of Test engineers. </FONT></P></STRONG><B><U><FONT

<P><FONT face=Arial>JOB DESC</FONT></P></B></U></FONT><STRONG>
<P><FONT face=Arial>- Provide leadership to the software testing team with hands
on guidance. <BR>- Actively manage projects on a day to day basis to ensure that
project outputs are being delivered on schedule with adequate test coverage and
to the required quality</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial>- Manage scope and mitigate risk across projects while
maintain schedules and resource allocation <BR>- Management of staff. Provide
employee development and team building. Provide employee coaching and mentoring
</FONT></P></STRONG><U><FONT color=#ff0000><STRONG>
<P><FONT face=Arial>Specific Technical Skills /
Experience</FONT></U></FONT><FONT face=Arial> <BR>- Sound knowledge of and hands
on experience on FC/iSCSI/NAS (NFS,CIFS, FTP) storage <BR>- Hands-on knowledge
of Linux OS and Windows Servers. Should be able to write test scripts for such
environments.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial>- Sound knowledge of Programming scripts in
Perl/Shell/Python is desired. Knowledge of C/C++ or other automation tools is a
plus</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial>- Knowledge on Storage Virtualization, Application server
virtualization and I/O virtualization. Knowledge of VMware Products is a
must.</FONT></P>
<UL>
<LI><FONT face=Arial>Thorough understanding of various RAID levels, Storage
replication and snapshots is required. <BR>- Sound understanding of I/O and
disk interfaces and technologies (SAS, SATA, FC, SSD) <BR>- Good familiarity
with SQL and Mail servers. <BR>- Knowledge on Clustered servers and
familiarity with industry acclaimed performance benchmarking
tools</FONT></LI></UL><U><FONT color=#ff0000>
