A generalist with HTML expertise who has managed most or all aspects of Web operations. Performs advanced engineering of the architecture of systems and provides technical expertise to database administrators and applications developers. Analyzes needs and
requirements of existing and proposed systems, and develops technical, structural, and organizational specifications which may require research and analysis. May coordinate new build development ensuring consistency and integration with existing service structure.
May assist in continuous improvement efforts in enhancing performance and providing increased functionality. Provides technical leadership for development of client products, including database design, technical code design, software management and technical
standards for multiple hardware platforms.<br>
