<p class="MsoPlainText">• Experience with operating, configuring, and administering server operating systems (Windows and Linux)

<p class="MsoPlainText">• Provide problem identification, problem escalation, and problem resolution.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">• Provide a high degree of customer service and customer satisfaction.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">• Provide onsite Level 2 support of new customer implementations.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">• Effectively use the Monitoring and Management tool set for pro-active identification of events, trouble ticketing, asset management and change management.<o:p></o:p></p>
