<DIV><SPAN class=550295520-26052009>Our Atlanta-based client has an immediate
need for a RedHat/Oracle Enterprise Linux and SUSE Unix
Administrator/Operations Consultant on a permanent basis.
<P>Responsibilities of this position will include: server and network
installations and upgrades, third-party and internal upgrades, capacity
planning, troubleshooting data center and data center to data center
transmission problems, performing technology evaluations, systems monitoring,
developing scripts (heavy Perl scripting is preferred) and working with
development to define product features that will better meet current SLAs. </P>
<P>It is essential that this person is an experienced professional who is
willing to take charge of the problems and make informed decisions on how to
solve these problems. This will be a complete "hands-on" position. </P>
<P>Required Skills: - 2+ years of RedHat/Oracle Enterprise Linux administration.
Most recent experience should 100% center on RedHat administration - 2+ years of
heavy scripting development, Perl scripting is preferred. Must be able to write
scripts to automate some manual tasks related to production support, software
deployment and system monitoring - Open Source application experience - 2+ years
of SUSE UNIX administration - Storage/SAN, VMware, and Oracle experience
